Introduction
You craft them per level: 1, 12, 24, 32 and 40. No smithing perks are required.
I like the idea of being able to wear what I want when I want and I don't believe gear is randomly out of style or out of armour just because the world is "levelled." Real life doesn't work that way- you can wear a pair of pants at age three or thirty, so why not Skyrim? Armours are always Frostfall and Survival compatible.

Ysanya's Obsidian Plate Armour - Legend of Ysanya states she struck a bargain with a dragon; her village to was to feed him offerings in exchange for protection from other dragons. When a naive outlander killed their protector, she took the dragon scales from his body and forged two sets of armour. It says her spirit still protects the hidden village somewhere atop the mountains. Whilst these are not the exact armours she made, they are an exact replica from the great-great-great-great grandson of Ysanya and her mate. Male and female, fits all races.
Armour of the Outlaw - Some men and women follow others, others follow their own trail. If that fits you, this armour will fit you as well. When you wear this, you are making a statement. Silverlight - This sturdy greatsword is carefully designed with silver inlays and an opal on the hilt. Inspired by tales of warriors in far away lands, this greatsword is sure to bring you great victories.
Orenmir - Named after a mighty, but mostly unknown warrior, Orenmir is designed for lengthy battles with a special guard on the hilt. It helps protect against the hilt sliding when much blood is involved.
Aetherius - This greatsword took fifteen years to design. It combines several techniques to creat a truly remarkable piece. Slay your enemies with fearlessness.
Windbright - What started as an unfinished designed is now a commanding greatsword fit for a general. After much testing it has been known to take down giants.
Klinge - Legend has it the Orsimer had a man named Klinge in their first guard against an invading force. He was struck down in the first onslaught and while in delerium had an idea for a greatsword. The design was passed down until Ghosana received it and made it into a reality. Intimidating and deadly, this greatsword is an asset as well as a weapon.
Starshatter - A sword designed for maiming and decapitation. It may look beatuiful, but under the design are deadly points able to shred your enemies.
Peacekeeper - Designed for guard duty, it can slash, hack, and the hilt can be used for a straight up punch to the face.
Oginim's Sabre - Created for the adventurer known as Oginim, he never returned for his sword and no one has seen him since. With beautiful gold inlay, this sword is not just a conversational piece; it can keep up with any other sword in battle. Guaranteed or your gold returned.

Staff Pack
To Craft: You must complete the first Winterhold College Quest: First Lessons
Each staff has a 'template'. The staff template comes in five flavours - Alteration, Conjuration, Destruction, Illusion and Restoratnion. In order to craft these you need to craft the corresponding book first. I had to make it this way because there are 50 staves in total and if you had them all at once in your menu it could cause a lot of lag and frustration.
Once you have your staff template, craft your Book of Staff Crafting. Once you have that in your inventory and are at the Staff Enchanter, you will be able to craft a staff that you know the spell to. These are the same as vanilla game. (staff of flames, etc)

Gilded Stone Staff - A fine and sturdy staff, the Gilded Stone staff is hand crafted from the very elements of the underground city. While it might not be as flashy as other staffs, it is a very effecient model.
Lotus Staff - The lotus flower is considered to be most beautiful, and yet its roots are in the muck and mire underwater. With grace and beauty this staff is also very functional.
Starlight Staff - This very ornate staff is a lot sturdier than it looks. Years ago the same template was used as a fancy walking stick for a Market vendor who broke her leg. She insisted on a beautiful staff to hobble around on. That walking stick was turned into the lovely staff you see before you.
Royal Amethyst Staff - Crafted from the rich minerals and finest amethyst found underground, this staff is sure to be a favourite to any mage. Even the elves will be envious.
Frostlight Staff - Inspired by the winter flowers and glacial icecaps of Skyrim, this staff is engineered for both style and function.
Copperwood Staff - Simplistic yet beautiful this is a preferred staff of hedge mages and druids.
Sandstone Staff - Carefully forged with wood, sand, heat and sun this hardened staff is sturdy, functional and deadly.
